Mount Dora, FL – Mobile ad technology company, Jinglz Inc, and the developers of ZEN, a crowdsourced video sharing app catering to fandom communities, have signed a Letter Of Intent for ZEN to monetize their app using the forthcoming SDK from Jinglz. ZEN will be a third-party app publisher that will deliver mobile video ads from the Jinglz ad network in exchange for a revenue split from its stable of advertisers.
ZEN Founder & CEO, Frank Erik Banks, was enthusiastic about the arrangement, saying, “We’re super excited to be working with the Jinglz team on this. Mobile advertising is a space that hasn’t seen much innovation lately, and we think their impressive technology can be a critical enabler of our own unique approach.”
Jinglz differs from other mobile video ad platforms by utilizing technology that verifies when a user watches the ads displayed on their mobile device and charges a premium for 100% guaranteed views of the ads it delivers. Jinglz Marketing Strategist, Scott Crumpler, commented, “Whereas other ad networks have no way of guaranteeing that app users are really looking at the ads they serve, Jinglz uses facial and audio detection to verify that an ad is watched in full by the user. For a creative and engaging app like ZEN, this is a perfect fit, and we’re looking forward to their input on the development of our SDK to make our technology available to third-party publishers.”
Jinglz closed a Title III Equity Crowdfunding investment round on February 28, ranking among the best performing Online Public Offerings on the StartEngine.com crowdfunding platform. Its own mobile gaming app, PlayJinglz, is approaching official release and will be the first to feature their “Verified Views” technology for mobile advertisers.
ZEN’s own offering is currently accepting investors on StartEngine at https://www.startengine.com/zen, and, in addition to providing them with a path to revenue for their own app, their valuable input and feedback will benefit the Jinglz team as it plans for the development of an SDK that will make its technology available to third-party app publishers who will join the Jinglz ad network.
